As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll report to the VP of Marketing and be responsible for helping to develop and execute the company’s web presence and digital marketing strategies and campaigns across SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing and other activities. You’ll bring your curiosity and passion for trying new things to develop smart testing strategies and tactics that continuously challenge and improve results.

Responsibilities:

  • Google Ads/paid search -- optimize our campaigns; continuously monitor performance and help manage our targets and spending
  • LinkedIn – setup and optimize lead generation campaigns
  • Web site -- oversee keeping variable content fresh while looking for new opportunities to improve the user experience, engage visitors, and drive conversions
  • SEO -- lead our effort to develop strategies and approaches that will help us reach our ranking objectives, engagement targets and competitive position.
  • Email campaigns -- oversee the management of our lists and execution of targeted drip campaigns
  • Reporting and interpretation of key marketing metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years relevant experience and expertise in digital marketing, including working in Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and SEO
  • Experience working in a WordPress environment
  • 3-5 years hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce and AutoPilot/Hubspot/Pardot
  • Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, SaaS, large enterprise solutions, and/or finance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to collect and interpret marketing data
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively, meet deadlines, and have accountability for final work product
  • Good design aesthetic
  • Sense of humor
