Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and contribute to projects in progress to ensure that they are executed in a flawless, timely manner
  • Help to update, develop and maintain the company’s website content, assets, and UX
  • Contribute to the development and execution of email “drip” campaigns
  • Research potential content partners and other avenues for getting our message out
  • Research and engage potential trade event organizers
  • Help build our social media presence and coordinate weekly posts
  • Assist with data entry and list hygiene
  • Contribute to our monthly and quarterly marketing reports
  • Partner with our sales team to ensure seamless integration of efforts
  • Conduct marketplace audits and research; track competitive campaigns
  • Plan and coordinate regional, national, and online events

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field
  • Experience with marketing automation and/or email marketing software
  • Creative writing skills with strong attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of website development tools; proficiency with WordPress and website design skills a big plus
  • Strong familiarity and experience with social media and digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Enthusiasm for cloud-based enterprise technologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team
  • Unafraid to share ideas and ask questions
  • Sense of humor
