As the Director of Product Marketing for Finario, you’ll join our growing marketing department, and work alongside our sales, product and partner teams to ensure that we are communicating to specific audiences our product features and benefits in the most compelling and engaging way possible, utilizing digital and traditional channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Subject matter expert - Be a go-to resource for executives and key internal teams
  • Positioning and messaging - You understand the product as well as anybody and are able to develop messaging that will differentiate us in the marketplace and appeal to specific segments. Collaborate with sales, marketing and product management to create differentiated positioning to drive growth.
  • Compelling content - Craft engaging and high-quality sales and marketing collateral including written case studies, product briefings and collateral, slide presentations, videos, speeches and more; put together compelling pitches that makes people want to buy
  • Sales enablement  - Partner with our sales team in demoing our product and develop tools and materials that help articulate our value proposition and move prospects down the sales funnel 
  • Partner marketing- Become a key liaison to our growing list of technology and consultation partners
  • Customer intelligence - Be the expert on what customers of our product covet most, how their buying groups evaluate alternatives, and how decisions are made; analyze and interpret market trends and competitive forces

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing, product management, sales engineering or management consulting experience with a SaaS or enterprise software business
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in a well-established enterprise software or SaaS company 
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communicator who can tailor messaging to specific audiences; a proven ability to write clearly, concisely, and creatively is mandatory

 

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience marketing to senior and mid-level finance executives at large corporations
  • Ability to be a scrappy, multi-dimensional multitasker who can successfully develop and execute projects in a startup environment
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts such as ROI and NPV
