As a Software Engineering Tech Lead for Finario, you’ll work closely with the CTO, head of product, and architect to plan and drive the delivery plan for major software components, systems, and features in the Finario application.

Do you thrive on translating roadmaps into reality as a player/coach?  This is a hands-on role requiring most of your time coding, with skills that are as sharp, if not better, than the senior engineers on the team. 

Responsibilities:

• Blaze the trail for a team of individual contributors by breaking down problems into plans for the delivery of component and object level design
• Produce, review, troubleshoot, and document high-quality code
• Probe architectural proposals, and help to refine the design of renovated and net new offerings
• Plan the delivery of component and object level design, as well as the production, troubleshooting, and documentation of high-quality code
• Help build the Finario development community by mentoring, interviewing, recruiting, technical seminars, etc.

Desired Qualifications:

• Professional software development experience in technically rigorous environments
• Strong computer science fundamentals with a mastery of backend platform-level and infrastructure development
• Experience helping drive design and delivery of roadmaps, creating and being accountable to delivering on the plan to achieve
• Experience with backend and front end and a fluency with contemporary programming languages, patterns, and architectures
• Deep experience with cloud SaaS applications
